Meet the Convener

Pastor Morin Osunmakinde

Founder & President, BABES Redefined International Ministry

Fondly known as PMO, Pastor Morin is a visionary leader, teacher, mentor, and author with a deep passion for helping women discover their God-given purpose, embrace their assignments, and lead with clarity and impact.

She founded and leads BABES Redefined International Ministry, raising women who are spiritually grounded and purpose-driven. A certified counsellor and Mental Health First Aider, international speaker, and clarity coach, she also chairs the boards of The Envoy Nation UK and The Baptizing Church Nigeria, and serves as Executive Director of the BR Initiative charity.

Through Overflow, her Be-Defined coaching series, and her weekly Clarity Thursday teachings, she equips women to live intentionally and overflow into every sphere of life. She is married with children and lives in the United Kingdom.

There's music, laughter, a few happy tears, and space to simply be still. You come carrying whatever you're carrying; you leave lighter, fuller, and overflowing.

Every woman. All ages, all backgrounds, every stage of the journey. Whether you've walked with God for decades or you're taking your very first step, there's a seat with your name on it and a room ready to welcome you.
More than okay. Many women arrive on their own and leave with sisters. You'll be welcomed the moment you walk through the door, and by the closing worship you won't feel like a stranger. Come as you are, you belong here.
Yes, little ones are welcome alongside their mums or guardians. The programme is designed for adult women, so we'd gently suggest bringing whatever helps your children stay comfortable and settled through the sessions.
Overflow is hosted by BR Nation and The Handmaidens, but the day is for the whole body of Christ. You don't need to belong to a certain church or denomination to attend. Just bring an open heart.
You can relive past editions any time in our Watch section and the gallery. When a livestream is available for an edition, we announce it on Instagram and YouTube. That said, nothing compares to being in the room while God is moving.
