Pastor Morin Osunmakinde, fondly known as PMO, is a visionary leader, teacher, mentor, and author with a deep passion for empowering men and women to discover their God-given purpose, embrace their divine assignments, and navigate life with clarity, wisdom, and impact.

She is a certified counsellor and Mental Health First Aider, a certified project manager, international speaker, clarity coach, customer service facilitator, and social reformer whose ministry and leadership have influenced lives across nations.

Pastor Morin is the founder and president of BABES Redefined International Ministry, a movement committed to raising women who are spiritually grounded, purpose-driven, and equipped to fulfil their God-ordained assignments in every sphere of life. Through this platform, she provides mentorship, discipleship, and transformational teaching that inspires women to live intentionally and lead with conviction.

She is also the convener of the Leading Women Conference, a gathering designed to equip, empower, and activate women for leadership, influence, and impact in ministry, family, and society.

In addition, Pastor Morin serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Envoy Nation UK and The Baptizing Church Nigeria, where she provides spiritual oversight, strategic direction, and leadership support to advance the mission of raising disciples and strengthening the body of Christ.

Beyond these roles, she is the founder of the Be-Defined Coaching Series, a mentoring and coaching platform that helps individuals gain clarity, direction, and practical strategies for fulfilling their purpose. She is also an author whose writings reflect her passion for purpose, clarity, and transformational living.

Pastor Morin also serves as the Executive Director of the BR Initiative, a charity dedicated to making a transformative impact in the lives of girls and women through empowerment, support, and advocacy.

She hosts the Clarity Thursday Series on Instagram Live and regularly shares teachings and insights across her social media platforms, where she provides wisdom, guidance, and practical life lessons to a global audience.

Pastor Morin is happily married with children and resides in the United Kingdom, where she continues to serve God and impact lives through ministry, leadership, and mentorship.
